Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in social media marketing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Target-driven mindset with sales achievement orientation
- Proficient in using smartphones and basic office applications
- Valid Indonesian ID card and clean background record
