Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers, understanding their home improvement needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product information, demonstrate features, and guide customers through the selection process for various home supplies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular inventory checks, restocking, and merchandising activities.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and industry trends in home supplies and related technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in retail sales or customer service, ideally within a home goods, hardware, electronics, or similar retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to effectively present product benefits.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Resides in or is able to reliably commute to Makati City, Metro Manila.
- A genuine interest in home products, design, or practical solutions for daily living.
