In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers transform their living spaces by providing expert product advice and seamless service.
As a Sales Associate, you won't just be selling furniture; you will be helping individuals and families create comfortable homes. We are looking for an individual who is physically active, enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in showcasing quality products. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, materials, and care instructions.
- Demonstrate features of furniture items and assist with showroom displays.
- Execute product assembly tasks to ensure all display items are in excellent condition.
- Assist in the physical movement and arrangement of inventory within the showroom floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment for customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or home improvement.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting furniture and repetitive assembly tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for interior detail.
- Willingness to learn about modern furniture trends and design styles.
