Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by proactively engaging customers and demonstrating expert product knowledge.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Maintain high store standards, ensuring the shop floor is visually appealing and adheres to brand merchandising guidelines.
- Uphold excellent store cleanliness and organization to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Support inventory management processes, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Execute operational objectives and company policies effectively to ensure smooth store functions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interest in lifestyle, fashion, and luxury consumer goods.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and highly motivated individual.
- Able to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
