- Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain impeccable store standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and visual displays
- Execute company merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and appeal
- Process cash transactions accurately and maintain POS system functionality
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and loss prevention measures
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and positive reviews
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
