Multiplex Metals is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team in Manggahan, Cavite. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving the sales of our high-quality light steel products.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with local contractors, building developers, and hardware store owners. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and hardware suppliers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our light steel inventory.
- Prepare sales quotations and negotiate terms to close deals while maintaining company margins.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering technical product guidance.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the Cavite construction sector to remain competitive.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail, preferably within the construction or hardware industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for reporting and documentation.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Manggahan, Cavite.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and reliable.
