Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience for all visitors.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable luxury products.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain impeccable store visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently using the store system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients through professional follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Proportional height and weight (Please state height and weight clearly in your CV).
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly personality.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
