UCPB Savings is seeking a dedicated, professional, and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at the Maria Aurora Province Branch. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of the bank, handling front-line customer interactions and ensuring a seamless, high-quality banking experience for our clients in the region.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and cross-selling a comprehensive suite of UCPB Savings products and services, with a strong focus on deposit account acquisition and relationship management. You will work closely with the branch management team to achieve business targets, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold the bank's standards of integrity, efficiency, and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and facilitate the seamless opening of various deposit accounts and other retail banking products.
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, with high accuracy and speed.
- Actively promote, cross-sell, and upsell UCPB Savings products and services to meet individual and branch sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding them through banking procedures.
- Perform daily administrative duties, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure strict compliance with BSP regulations and internal bank policies.
- Assist in daily branch balancing procedures and ensure cash vaults and drawers are securely managed.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with local community members and businesses to expand the branch's client base.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products, transaction processing, and general financial regulations is highly advantageous.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Maria Aurora, Aurora province branch.
