Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with their fashion needs.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and garment folding.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing the fitting rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and helpful manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Ensure that promotional displays and pricing labels are updated correctly and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Passion for fashion trends and an ability to provide style advice to customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-energy team.
- Basic computer literacy for processing transactions.
