Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice based on current trends.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, including stock replenishment and folding.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in store promotional setups.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Energetic, positive attitude with a strong interest in fashion and styling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing stock-related tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
