Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries.
- Drive store sales by offering styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring clothing displays are neat, attractive, and organized.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, tagging items, and maintaining back-of-house organization.
- Handle fitting room operations to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and store promotions to effectively inform customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working well within a team.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
- Passionate about fashion and staying current with industry trends.
- Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
