Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers with a welcoming attitude, providing personalized product recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock replenishments, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Proactively promote ongoing marketing campaigns, seasonal products, and coffee merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational degree (SMK) in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, food & beverage, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail in product display and visual merchandising.
- Possess a genuine passion for coffee and the TUKU brand culture.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to merchandising.
