As a key member of our retail team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives the perfect recommendation while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

You will be responsible for managing stock displays, ensuring our merchandise highlights our unique brand identity, and engaging with customers to understand their specific needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their coffee preferences and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to reflect the TUKU brand identity.
- Manage stock replenishment, shelf rotation, and inventory monitoring to ensure product availability.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Execute promotional displays and marketing materials as directed by store management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all coffee products, brewing methods, and merchandise offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding store appearance and product organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules (including weekends and holidays).
- Passion for the specialty coffee industry and the TUKU brand.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and inventory reports.
- Proficiency in the local language; ability to speak English is a plus.
