- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Assist customers in product selection, offering recommendations based on their preferences and needs
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and listening abilities
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
