As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our bank, responsible for building trust and delivering exceptional financial solutions to the residents of Negros Occidental.
Your primary role will involve promoting our suite of banking products, including savings accounts, time deposits, and insurance, while providing top-tier customer service. You will engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend the best products to help them achieve their goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Don Salvador area.
- Promote and sell City Savings Bank products such as time deposits, personal loans, and insurance policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Conduct financial literacy seminars or community outreach programs to attract new customers.
- Accurately process customer transactions and maintain branch records.
- Assist in branch administration and cash handling tasks as required.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is preferred.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage for traveling within the municipality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of POS systems.
- Strong knowledge of the Murcia, Negros Occidental geography and community.
