Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sales consultations and product presentations to potential clients to promote non-collateral financing options.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting complete loan applications and required documentation.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of client information and financial requirements.
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, answering inquiries, and providing product guidance.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert interest into approved loan agreements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements during the loan process.
- Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and daily activity logs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or financial sales positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or MS Office applications.
- Must be willing to work full-time and reside in San Fernando, Pampanga.
