We specialize in high-quality hijab and modest fashion collections, and we are looking for a creative individual who understands current market trends to help drive our sales through both online and offline channels.
As a Sales Associate at AUPIA Studio, you will be the face of our brand. Whether you are managing customer inquiries via social media or assisting clients in our boutique, your goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming customer orders through various online platforms (e-commerce and social media).
- Provide excellent customer service, including product recommendations, styling advice, and resolving inquiries.
- Assist in daily in-store operations, including inventory management, product display, and store cleanliness.
- Execute proactive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Manage stock updates and ensure accurate inventory tracking for both online and offline channels.
- Create engaging content for social media promotions to attract new customers.
- Handle packaging and logistics coordination for online shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Deep interest and knowledge in the modest fashion/hijab industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Jakarta Selatan.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
