Tanggung Jawab

  • Engage and assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after‑sales support to deliver a high‑quality shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory on the sales floor, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and correctly priced.
  • Assist in merchandising displays, signage, and promotional activities in line with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the store team to meet sales goals, KPI targets, and seasonal performance metrics.
  • Report any operational issues, safety concerns, or customer feedback to the store manager promptly.
  • Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required—fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in Padang or Pangkal Pinang locations.
