Tanggung Jawab
- Engage customers proactively to provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Deliver expert demonstrations of Platinum Karaoke hardware and software features.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display aesthetics.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional, service-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly and explain them to non-technical customers.
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Passion for music, audio equipment, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
