Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle cash/non-cash payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and restocking of product displays.
- Actively promote new product launches, limited editions, and membership programs to drive sales targets.
- Resolve customer feedback professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store management team to organize in-store events and community engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle consumer goods is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly preferred for the Bali market.
- Passion for pop culture, art toys, or creative retail products.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting product shipments as needed.
