- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with walk-in clients.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across multiple premium brands including Fossil, Owndays, and others.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Ensure the boutique is visually appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and manage inventory counts effectively.
- Educate customers on product features, warranty information, and current brand promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service requests with professionalism and empathy.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, watches, or eyewear.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math for sales transactions.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new point-of-sale systems.
