We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, friendly, and eager to help customers transform their living spaces with our quality furniture.
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey. You will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, showcasing our wide range of furniture collections, and providing expert advice on product selection. A significant part of this role involves physically lifting and assembling furniture to ensure our customers receive their purchases ready for use. You will also handle cash transactions, maintain the showroom's appearance, and resolve any customer concerns with a smile.

- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their homes.
- Demonstrate products and explain features, materials, and care instructions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Perform furniture assembly and installation for clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain the showroom and display areas to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Build rapport with repeat customers to encourage return visits.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy furniture items.
- Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong sales drive and ability to upsell products effectively.
- Must be willing to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
