PT. Istana Mas Kian Gemilang is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our retail team in Tangerang. As a key member of our frontline staff, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while actively driving sales growth. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is highly motivated by performance-based incentives.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving our sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Actively promote and demonstrate product features to influence purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining an organized, attractive store appearance.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance-based KPIs.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required by the store schedule.
