Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to provide expert product knowledge regarding our jewelry collections.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure a premium shopping experience for every visitor.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing storefront display in line with brand standards.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with regular and new customers to ensure repeat business.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, honest, and possess high attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for transaction processing.
- Based in or willing to work in the Bandung area.
