- Welcoming customers promptly and providing knowledgeable assistance with product selection
- Conducting furniture demonstrations and explaining product features, materials, and benefits
- Assisting with lifting, moving, and assembling furniture items to customer specifications
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining POS system integrity
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting stock discrepancies to management
- Collaborating with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment
- Gathering customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous retail or sales experience advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and assemble furniture items (up to 25kg)
- Strong attention to detail with accurate transaction processing capabilities
- Basic knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and home décor trends
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic office software
