Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a superior level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces based on their needs, style, and budget.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Perform on-site furniture assembly and installation for customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Lift, carry, and move furniture items safely and correctly as required by the job.
- Organize the showroom and stock areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and warranty information.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory and restock merchandise.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy furniture items (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
