Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new customers and expand the bank's client base through proactive sales initiatives.
- Promote and sell City Savings Bank's range of products, including savings deposits, loans, and insurance policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the branch management.
- Conduct financial literacy seminars or product presentations to potential clients within the community.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the branch team to implement marketing strategies and achieve branch goals.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or any related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and attitude.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends as required by the business.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be willing to be stationed in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
