Ital Design Furniture Depot is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at our SM North Edsa showroom. As a premier destination for high-quality furniture, we pride ourselves on helping our clients turn their houses into homes.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand. You will engage with customers, offer expert advice on furniture styles, and guide them through their purchasing journey. If you are a sales-driven individual with a flair for aesthetics and a background in retail, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide expert product knowledge and design recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain the visual standards of the showroom by ensuring displays are clean, organized, and attractively arranged.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and assembly scheduling for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with empathy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or premium consumer goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, to match retail peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of interior design trends and spatial planning is a significant advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
