Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients within the Solano area to expand the bank's loan and deposit portfolio.
- Conduct field visits and community engagement activities to increase brand awareness and accessibility.
- Provide expert guidance on CitySavings' financial products, ensuring clients choose the best options for their specific needs.
- Assist customers throughout the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with bank policies.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the branch manager to help refine local sales strategies.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to keep updated on product enhancements and industry compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Strong familiarity with Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, and established local networks preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, microfinance, or banking is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse fluently in the local dialect.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage field-based sales activities effectively.
- High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy for reporting purposes.
