- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable tech products based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate the features, benefits, and usage of various electronics, gadgets, and IT solutions.
- Drive sales by maintaining deep product knowledge and providing exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently on the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom floor and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Actively collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in retail sales, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 10 kg of merchandise.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to continuously learn about new products and industry trends.
