Hip eCommerce is looking for a dynamic Sales & Auction Consignment Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be the bridge between comic book collectors and our global auction platform, facilitating the consignment process and ensuring an exceptional experience for our sellers.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value inventory, providing accurate valuations, and managing the end-to-end consignment lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines professional sales acumen with deep knowledge of comic book history and grading standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire high-quality comic book inventory for auction consignment.
- Provide professional valuations and market analysis for potential consignors.
- Guide sellers through the consignment onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with our internal team to manage listing schedules and auction cycles.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Monitor comic book market trends to advise clients on optimal selling times.
- Handle complex inquiries regarding grading, rarity, and provenance.
Kualifikasi
- Deep passion and demonstrable knowledge of the comic book industry.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or high-end collectibles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with collectors.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and CRM software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven remote environment.
- Familiarity with CGC, CBCS, or PGX grading standards is highly preferred.
