Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients
- Manage existing client accounts through regular relationship-building activities
- Present technical product demonstrations and solutions to industrial clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for client needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for management
- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (S1)
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
- Strong understanding of cable industry products and applications
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
