You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, ensuring our premium premix products become the go-to choice for commercial bakeries, cafes, and restaurant chains.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for bakery premix products within the B2B sector.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business accounts (bakeries, HORECA, food manufacturers).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the quality and versatility of our bakery premixes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and pricing.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG, Food Ingredients, or Bakery Industry.
- Proven track record of success in new business acquisition and sales target achievement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to personal transportation.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of the bakery or food service market in Banten/Greater Jakarta is highly preferred.
