Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the food ingredients sector.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the food manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate technical food ingredient solutions tailored to specific client needs and specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability for the company.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide feedback on customer requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of food ingredients, nutrition, and application processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the region for client meetings and exhibitions.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
