Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients within the health ingredients sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Present technical product demonstrations and comprehensive proposals to prospective clients to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term business retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the product and R&D teams to understand technical specifications and ensure accurate sales messaging.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and revenue growth targets.
- Participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of health ingredients, functional foods, or nutraceuticals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Proven negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Valid driving license is preferred for client visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or Business Administration.
