You will act as a bridge between our technical capabilities and market demands, ensuring that our partners achieve their business goals while securing long-term relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the health ingredients sector.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and emerging trends.
- Present technical product solutions and value propositions to prospective B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Cross-functional collaboration with R&D and production teams to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food ingredients, or health supplements.
- Strong understanding of health ingredients, nutritional science, or food technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel for client visits and industry events.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
