We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales B2B/HORECA Representative to join our team in Kalimantan.
In this role, you will be the face of Delifru, responsible for driving business growth, building long-term partnerships with HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) accounts, and ensuring our innovative product lines remain the top choice for beverage professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector across Kalimantan.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase Delifru's quality and versatility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic pipeline management.
- Provide expert advice on beverage solutions and menu integration to restaurant and cafe partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B or HORECA sales (experience in beverage or food supply is highly preferred).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the local HORECA market landscape in Kalimantan.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a remote territory.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily operations.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
