We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales B2B/HORECA Representative to join our team in Kalimantan.

In this role, you will be the face of Delifru, responsible for driving business growth, building long-term partnerships with HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) accounts, and ensuring our innovative product lines remain the top choice for beverage professionals. If you possess a passion for the culinary arts and a natural talent for consultative sales, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector across Kalimantan.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase Delifru's quality and versatility.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic pipeline management.
  • Provide expert advice on beverage solutions and menu integration to restaurant and cafe partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B or HORECA sales (experience in beverage or food supply is highly preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local HORECA market landscape in Kalimantan.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a remote territory.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily operations.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
