Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue growth in the property sector.
- Channel Development: Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and key stakeholders to expand our distribution network.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through training and support.
- Business Networking: Leverage extensive business networking opportunities to generate high-quality leads and close high-value deals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to improve overall sales performance.
- Client Relations: Manage key client relationships and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Target Achievement: Drive the team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Real Estate or Property Development industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading sales teams and managing channel partners effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Network: Extensive professional network within the Indonesian property market.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results: Highly driven, self-motivated, and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
