In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of clients within the Hospitality, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) industry.

As a Supervisor, you will drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with hotel managers, restaurant owners, and catering service providers. This position offers the opportunity to lead a talented sales team while leveraging your expertise in market analysis and client management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives to achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new accounts in the HORECA sector.
  • Conduct regular market visits to hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses to maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns for key clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize product offerings.
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong network of contacts within the HORECA industry in Bali is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
