Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase banquet and event revenue.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and secure new group bookings and corporate accounts.
- Manage end-to-end event reservation processes, ensuring accuracy in contracts and event orders.
- Conduct site inspections and personalized consultations to tailor event packages for clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance tracking for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banquet sales, catering, or event management within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with banquet management or CRM software.
- Highly professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional service orientation.
