Staffinc Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Beauty Care professional to join our team in Bandung Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding General Trade (GT) outlets for our beauty care product lines. You will drive sales growth, build lasting relationships with retail partners, and contribute to expanding our market presence in the region.
We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Beauty Care, you will develop and execute sales strategies, monitor market trends, and work collaboratively with marketing to implement promotional activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential General Trade outlets for beauty care products
- Conduct direct sales visits and product presentations to store owners
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new outlets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in beauty care, FMCG, or retail
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with General Trade distribution channels in Bandung Barat
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and results-driven approach
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Minimum Diploma degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
