Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls with professionalism and persuasive communication
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling
- Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi
- High school graduate (K-12) or equivalent education required
- Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent command of English language with clear communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
