Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume outbound or inbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize commission earnings.
- Effectively handle customer objections by providing accurate information and tailored solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert recommendations to clients.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales transactions within the CRM system.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers through professional and persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with team leads and coaches to refine sales techniques and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international data privacy standards during every call.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Sales-driven BPO environment preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City and handle shifting schedules (including night shifts).
- Highly motivated by financial incentives and career advancement opportunities.
