Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to retain clients.
Kualifikasi
- High School or K-12 Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
