As a Branch Manager, you will oversee day-to-day sales activities, manage key account relationships, and ensure operational excellence across all distribution channels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and market share expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and maintain high morale.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the West Java region.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee operational branch efficiency, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and budget control.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regional regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing branch operations and leading sales teams to meet challenging targets.
- Deep understanding of the West Java market landscape and local distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- High level of integrity, leadership potential, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
