Tanggung Jawab
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and addressing concerns professionally.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits to prospects.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting promotional space to attract customer attention.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales leadership team.
- Represent Degree One PTE LTD with a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail, direct sales, or brand promotion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possess a vibrant, outgoing, and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new product knowledge and sales techniques quickly.
