Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell building materials to retail customers and contractors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Samarinda region
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Provide product knowledge and technical solutions to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure product availability
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SLTA)
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or retail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of construction products and materials
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievement record
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English
