Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and review sales contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with Chinese business partners using Mandarin.
- Oversee document management, ensuring all sales operations paperwork is up to date and organized.
- Support the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
- Translate technical or business documents between English, Mandarin, and Indonesian.
- Coordinate between internal departments and external Chinese stakeholders regarding project timelines.
- Maintain organized sales records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Business level) and proficient in English.
- Proven experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or business coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with equipment or industrial products is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Residing in Jakarta Raya or willing to commute to Cakung.
