Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within target industries, focusing on green sustainability and built environment solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning Miredo Asia's solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging green technologies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Represent Miredo Asia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the sustainability, green building, energy efficiency, or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and lead generation techniques.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to promoting green solutions.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
