GroWThdesk is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential agency clients, presenting our innovative solutions, and closing deals to expand our market presence. You will leverage your strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to build lasting relationships and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and possesses a deep understanding of the agency landscape in Malaysia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and generate new business leads within the agency sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies
- Present and pitch company solutions to potential clients effectively
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the sales manager
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in agency or B2B sales
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly desirable
